  • Shipping Locations: We ship to addresses within the United States only (including APO/FPO addresses).
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Shipping Rates:
    • Standard Shipping: $6.99 flat rate (free on orders over $50 — update this if your rates differ).
    • Expedited options are available at checkout.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 5–10 business days for standard shipping after processing (depending on your location and carrier).
  • Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
  • Delays & Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or holidays, but we’ll assist if possible.
Returns & Refunds Policy
  • All Sales Are Final: Due to our low prices, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/color choice, buyer’s remorse, or any other personal preference reasons.
  • Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Only:
    • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product, contact us at hello@hausdibs.com within 3 days of delivery.
    • You must include:
      • Your order number
      • Clear photos of the issue (multiple angles)
      • Photos of the original packaging (if damage appears shipping-related)
    • Claims without clear photos will not be approved.
  • Process for Approved Claims:
    1. Email us with the required details and photos.
    2. We will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
    3. If approved, we may offer:
      • A full refund to your original payment method
      • A replacement (if the item is still in stock)
      • A partial refund (for minor issues)
    4. For low-value items, we may issue a refund without requiring a return (you keep or discard the item).
    5. We cover return shipping only if the error was ours.
  • Non-Returnable Items: All hair accessories, earrings, seasonal/holiday decor, clearance items, and personal care products are strictly final sale, even for defects (unless specifically noted otherwise on the product page).
  • Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to deny any claim that appears to show customer-caused damage, excessive wear, or fraudulent activity. Repeated claims may result in account restrictions.
