- Shipping Locations: We ship to addresses within the United States only (including APO/FPO addresses).
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping: $6.99 flat rate (free on orders over $50 — update this if your rates differ).
- Expedited options are available at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Estimated 5–10 business days for standard shipping after processing (depending on your location and carrier).
- Tracking: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- Delays & Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or holidays, but we’ll assist if possible.
- All Sales Are Final: Due to our low prices, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size/color choice, buyer’s remorse, or any other personal preference reasons.
- Exceptions – Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Only:
- If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we sent the wrong product, contact us at hello@hausdibs.com within 3 days of delivery.
- You must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue (multiple angles)
- Photos of the original packaging (if damage appears shipping-related)
- Claims without clear photos will not be approved.
- Process for Approved Claims:
- Email us with the required details and photos.
- We will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
- If approved, we may offer:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A replacement (if the item is still in stock)
- A partial refund (for minor issues)
- For low-value items, we may issue a refund without requiring a return (you keep or discard the item).
- We cover return shipping only if the error was ours.
- Non-Returnable Items: All hair accessories, earrings, seasonal/holiday decor, clearance items, and personal care products are strictly final sale, even for defects (unless specifically noted otherwise on the product page).
- Fraud Prevention: We reserve the right to deny any claim that appears to show customer-caused damage, excessive wear, or fraudulent activity. Repeated claims may result in account restrictions.
